Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Made-to-Order Fulfillment
All NTGR products are made to order.
Orders are processed in the following order:
1. Customer places an order
2. Payment clears our account
3. Order is released for production and fulfillment
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, processing times begin after payment clearance, not at checkout.
Processing & Shipping Timeframes
Production and shipping timelines vary by product and destination.
Estimated shipping times reflect the period after the order has entered fulfillment and shipping, not the date the order was placed.
Delays caused by payment processing, carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.
Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. NTGR is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Unclaimed or Lost Orders
If an order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us at ntgr@integerathletics.com so we can review the issue.
