Returns & Order Policy
Made-to-Order Production
All NTGR products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically for your purchase and cannot be restocked or resold.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error, damage, or defect.
Please review product details and information carefully before placing your order.
Order Errors, Damage, or Defects
We only accept return requests if:
You received the wrong item, or
Your item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted
If this occurs, contact ntgr@integerathletics.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Requests submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
No Other Returns Accepted.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all other sales are final.
Orders that were produced correctly and as ordered are not eligible for return.
